Triassic Dolomite

Recently, for industrial facility, I performed a primary ground investigation (for information only) to clarified rock depth and mechanical properties of strong grey very closely bedded closely jointed dolomites which is encountered in the pits as a bedrock. Thats good! But top 3-4m of dolomites have cavities up to 1-2m and infilled with soft to firm moist gravelly CLAY.

***They have high UCS value about 40MPa :)
